Be very cautious about entering into a contract with Ortho by Hyduk. Do not believe anything they tell you verbally — We made the mistake of not reading the contract thoroughly enough because we trusted what we had been told, and now we are out several hundred $ for services we never received. There was zero willingness to take any responsibility for the miscommunication, and it was clear in our further communications that the office couldn't care less about customer service or satisfaction.

Dr. Hyduk is the very best and his staff as well. He sure knows his business and is very very professional. I am in my 50s and one of the best things I could have done was get braces and now I have a nice bright smile. My husband had braces in his 40s and my son did as a teenager, all done by Dr. Hyduk. Two thumbs up for his staff Tina and Nancy. I'm always called in on time. Never a wait in the waiting room or for treatment. It was a pleasure doing my treatment with Dr Hyduk and staff.
