We scheduled an appointment a full week in advance to get a wheel alignment done on my mom’s car. Everything was confirmed and set. Today was the day of the appointment, and since I couldn’t go, my mom went instead. When she got there, they simply told her they no longer had the machine to do alignments. No phone call, no message, no warning. Nothing. They charge extra for an oil filter after you've already paid for the oil change groupon voucher. Seems a bit disingenuous to charge separately for an oil filter when basically every oil change includes a change of the oil filter. Maybe they only do that for the Groupon users...
Brought my Euro Car in for an alignment after getting a whole suspension refresh. The people are nice, but unfortunately the alignment job was not. My steering wheel is not straight and pulls to the right. If you have a European car, you’re going to have to spend a little more for quality work.
The staff here is so polite & they mean business. I came in for an oil change & asked about some other repairs that i need. Aside from letting me know only about what was necessary, the the pricing was unreal. Its safe to say that I'll be getting my car serviced w them from here on. Rodjy's is a solid place & my new preferred mechanic shop. Ill def be recommending them to my people. Thanks guys!
