Everything was cooked until jerky. I don't even know how long you need to neglect shrimp on a skewer for it to become gum, but they sure do. They only had three "steak" options at this steakhouse, and two appeared to be eye round, but they couldn't confirm what cut it actually was. The wait staff were 100% on point and super polite, I have nothing negative to say about them at all. One of them even took me out some top sirloin early so I could have some medium rare beef.
This is such a fun place to enjoy a plentiful array of different types of prepared meats ! The staff come around regularly with different choice options of beef, lamb, chicken, fish, shrimp, sausages, ham, pork, and my most favorite....roasted pineapple.
