Rodica helped us to sell our house in Urbana. She was absolutely wonderful. I could trust her recommendations on the pricing, selecting the buyers, and deciding the repair items. She is knowledgeable with the area and the market. She works really hard ( including evening and weekends) and communicate with you clearly and openly. She is a creative problem solver and got us through with many unexpected hiccups. I recommend her unconditionally!

Rodica was such a pleasure to work with! She's very knowledgeable about the C-U area. She's very good at listening to what you want, understood my limits and didn't try to pressure or upsell me. I bought during a CRAZY seller's market time, and she kept me sane through it all. She has worked hard to get where she is, and it shows in her dedication! I don't plan on moving again anytime soon, but I would definitely work with her again.

Rodica has sold 4 houses for us and helped us purchase 2 others over the years we lived in CU. She always worked hard to arrange showings of our homes or our touring homes for sale.
