I have been seeing Dr. Rogers and his PA, Robert, for several years. I am so appreciative of the care I have received. From the front office, lab tech, x-ray tech to the medical assistants, everyone is polite and genuinely caring. I have had wonderful care at their office.
The First Care Group are in the Leadership of a First Class man Dr. Randy Rodgers.
A consult was sent and I was to be evaluated for acceptance. I was refused to be considered and I wasn't informed why. As a retired nurse I consider the way it was handled was ride , unkind and unprofessional. I thought they were supposed to be caring and supportive type people. As a DAV being sent by the VA it was just another passing of the buck so to speak.
