The employees were very nice and helpful, but when trying to trade in jewelry, Rodger gave me a ridiculous lowball offer on four pieces. They might seem nice, but at the end of the day, he is a salesman and will take advantage of you the second he sees an opportunity. Very disappointing coming from someone that loves to shop local over big corp.

Friendly staff, would recommend to anyone.
I would avoid at all costs unless you want damages to your Jewlery. They took a simple weld repair on a diamond pendant and knocked out 30+ my diamonds. After nearly 6 weeks of waiting and a formal demand, I finally got my pendant back. Also to be told by Rodger “spent all last week on it”. Still missing more diamonds than originally delivered with.
