What is it with that fifty year old female employee, talking like she's thirteen.
I did '1' because there is no '0'. Even though I enjoy talking general topics with Dr Lewis and his staff, the specifics of optometry are long gone from there. I saw Dr Lewis a few years, then switched to a doctor closer to home until he closed; I went back to Lewis. WORSE OFFICE I'VE EVER BEEN TO. I FELT LIKE IT WAS RUSHED JUST TO GET ME OUT THE DOOR
The Dr spent less than 5 minutes with me and my son. They ordered our glasses and mixed mine end my son's prescription. Tried telling me that I ordered his for me and vise versa. Then they admitted it was wrong, so they were sent out again and still haven't gotten our glasses. It's been over a month and we still don't have our glasses. They took the money from my credit card with extra speed but don't seem to care about giving us our glasses. I would not use this office again.
