I did '1' because there is no '0'. Even though I enjoy talking general topics with Dr Lewis and his staff, the specifics of optometry are long gone from there. I saw Dr Lewis a few years, then switched to a doctor closer to home until he closed; I went back to Lewis. WORSE OFFICE I'VE EVER BEEN TO. I FELT LIKE IT WAS RUSHED JUST TO GET ME OUT THE DOOR
The Dr spent less than 5 minutes with me and my son. They ordered our glasses and mixed mine end my son's prescription. Tried telling me that I ordered his for me and vise versa. Then they admitted it was wrong, so they were sent out again and still haven't gotten our glasses. It's been over a month and we still don't have our glasses. They took the money from my credit card with extra speed but don't seem to care about giving us our glasses. I would not use this office again.
The entire staff is really nice and professional. My daughter had an appt on a Tuesday and I did on that Friday as well but once there, they went ahead and took me as well to avoid have to go back. Definitely recommend.
I ordered glasses & they charged my credit card. 3 days later they tell me my prescription has expired & they can't order my glasses. WHY TAKE MY MONEY?? I gave this small business a chance all year while my prescription lasted but I cannot bear to deal with them any longer! I'm frustrated and I'm DONE!
