Unclean. Dirty. Cigarette smell. Food crumbs and ants on floor. Bedding had not been changed. Blood, dirt, and crumbs underneath the comforter on the bedding. Bed bugs carcasses and live bed bugs. Front desk was rude and didn’t take any sort of accountability for the situation. Hardly offered any apologies and was slow to issue a refund. Easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff are good people comfortable and accommodating
Surprised how comforting this little gem is very well kept had amazing service and room were clean and fresh and food was good and super good coffee
Nice rooms, great location, very good value. We always stay here when we visit Okoboji.
