Again I'm going to say the managers here are amazing from the GM to Max I have felt more than comfortable here. As well as having an amazing staff everyone always smiling being polite checking to see if we need anything. Definitely my go-to spot in the area
We booked a stay 2 weeks in advance at Quality Rodeway Inn & Suites in Ontario Oregon and prepaid for the reservation through Agoda.com. while checking in, we discovered that our reserved room was given to another guest. We were then directed to a pet friendly room even though we were traveling without pets. When we opened the door to the room, we were immediately assaulted by an odor that was not pet related. Next we saw that the bed had a large number of flies crawling on it. A closer inspection revealed several spider web... read more
No complaints. Easy parking for truck and trailer. Room was clean.
Great price, clean room, helpful staff. Didnt take part in pool or breakfast tho.
