I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet basic cleanliness standards. When we arrived, the room had clearly not been properly cleaned—there was visible dust on surfaces, stains on the bedding, and the bathroom had hair in the sink and shower. It was obvious that housekeeping either rushed through or skipped cleaning altogether. We brought it to the front desk’s attention, but the response was underwhelming.
