man today on thanksgiving i received amazing help and service place was great safe clean and staff at desk mr .shawn
First time and my experience was amazing. Booked last minute. The front desk person Shawn, was very professional and friendly. He was able to help me with a few issues on my reservation . The room was clean and recently renovated. It has a mocrowave and fridge. I will definitely be back.
The room was okay overall, but it had a strange smell, likely from cleaning chemicals. It was clean aside from the odors. The staff was decent, but we encountered an issue with the sink drain, as the water wouldn’t drain properly. This forced us to switch rooms, which was inconvenient since the issue wasn’t resolved or addressed effectively. Additionally, the location is quite far from the city, situated in an industrial zone.
Great kind and respectful staff. Quick and easy. Rooms were clean Shawn helped us get a room real quick
