I have a perfect record with booking.com I use them regularly no one takes a deposit from me...I've stayed here before few times everyone's been very respectful and nice... today I see a new guy his name he said is Shawn total bullshit but ok he wouldn't tell me his real name but I took a picture of this guy. He said ok I need your ID if you're not doing a deposit I said no problem then he said I need your card I said ok handed him my card but it's already paid for he said I need a copy I said I don't think so give me back m... read more
I recommend staying here ! I have stayed at this location in South Gate, Ca each time we visit from WA State. •very family friendly •The rooms are always clean. •good location with near by shopping center •free gated hotel for safety for customers and their vehicles •lovely customer service from the gentleman at the front office. (Only down side has been their pool is out of service)
