I'm very upset I'm a mother of 3 little kids and I've been asking for 4 days for them to flip the breaker cause the other night our electricity went off in most the room and still no one has done anything we pay a lot of money to stay here I'm beyond upset
I’ve stayed here every time I’ve traveled to Angelo the last 5 years and have had no problems! The new management they have this year is out of control. They walked up to us at the pool making a big deal cause we were swimming and invited 2 kids (neices) and said no visitors are allowed. It was embarrassing and they didn’t just do this once. Can you say false advertising!?! They advertise free full hot breakfast in lobby area. Absolutely no breakfast offered. Web site says max 2 pets $25. Pet fee charged only on first pet; Incorrect, they charge for both. When asked about it we were told their advertising is wrong. Rooms were very outdated and dirty carpets need replaced. Motel is not easy to find.
