The room we were given was covered in blood, body fluids, and bed bugs as well as dirt and cobwebs. Hotel worker refused to give a refund even though I checked out immediately. He stated this location was for the working class not uppity people. When I showed him pics of the blood in the room he said it’s not like someone was getting chopped up in there. Very disgusting place and very odd behavior from the clerk. Nothing about this location was safe nor sanitary. Save your time and money by booking somewhere else.
Got in late just needed a place to sleep on our trip. Host was very nice. Got to the room and just laid down. Wife saw these tiny red bugs, we jumped up and looked closer and they were baby bed bugs.
The location was great. Several restaurants nearby within a very short walking distance. The night staff was really friendly. The parking lot had great lighting, assuring our vehicle was safe. The room has very spacious, and the A/C worked great. The carpet was pretty sketchy looking though. I give the place 3 stars because the hot water for the shower was not very hot. More like luke warm. Upon notifying the front desk, we were simply told we were the only ones who have notified them about the issue.
We needed a first floor room for my husband and the employee at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous... He did some maneuvering magic and got us the room so hooray !! We appreciated it very much... The room was big and clean to an extent, the towels were old and dinghy, the carpet needs to be replaced for sure but it was quiet and the bed was more than decent... In a crunch it worked for us
I recently visited this wonderful establishment. And I must say, I highly recommend. From the rooms to the exceptional service. James. You deserve a raise. I don’t know if you just started, but you’re definitely a veteran in this space. 5 stars fam
