Had an issue upon check in, to get moved to another room. The man at the desk was so kind in changing our room and very helpful. My wife and I stayed here last night due to our AC going out at home. Air was nice and cool all night. Very comfortable. For a cheap hotel it worked well

This place is a joke. The management is so rude it's ridiculous. The manager is named Stephanie, she treats it like your at her house not a hotel. The rules she just makes up, I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to stay here. The rooms are disgusting, if you take a rag an wipe the floor you won't ever be caught without shoes on. Like my first sentence this place is the biggest joke an should be ashamed to be in the public service industry.

Horrendous management... couldn't believe the way I was treated and spoken by staff.. I travel for work and stay in hotels regularly... this has, by far, the worst customer service I have experienced in years... and no hot water in the mornings... I will never come back... I recommend la vista inn next door for less money or the springwood suites down the street for the best value... any place but here...
