Had bedbugs and had to be moved to the quality inn
DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!! Because of lack of time and notice, I booked a room at this property before reading ALL the reviews. A deep cleaning and upgrading would be insufficient. This property needs to be permanently closed! I'm currently at the Urgent Care to be treated for bed bug bites that I got while sleeping in room 403. I have over 30 bites on my upper body! I sent pictures and videos of the bed bugs to the manager and was told that the only thing that he could do for me is give me a refund for my stay. Since m... read more

I wish I could give zero stars. There was vomit on the lamp (only 1/3 lamps work) the bed smells like pee, the bathroom is gross, the floors are dirty, the towels are used, and the pillowcases were definitely not cleaned. The room is gross. I've paid less for more. I'm really disappointed.
