I am very disappointed with the customer service during my stay. I have been here for 7 days, and my room has not been properly cleaned during that time. My bedding has not been changed at all since I checked in. In addition, the door key for my room has been broken since the beginning of my stay. The staff repeatedly promised that it would be fixed, but after 7 days it still has not been repaired. I have been waiting for assistance for almost an hour at times, but no one came to help.
