My work reserved a double bed for my coworker and I. This foreigner-run hotel said they didn’t understand and tried to put us in a single bed with a rollaway for the same price.
First impression says alot about American standards. You want your customers to be welcomed by clean glass doors, entryway and lobby. They were dirty and smeared from top to bottom. The glass tables in the lobby were not cleaned, smeared with food or some drink, papers/books all over, not organized. The girl at the desk was pleasant.
