If I could leave less than one star I would. The room disgusting filthy stains bathroom covered in mold scratch marks nail polish stains it smells I can't even describe the smell but it makes me want to vomit. The TV was unplugged so I plugged it in and let me hold no channels no internet I lost my phone so I got a new one that isn't set up or attached to network so I tried to follow what I know to set up the connection and you have to use your phone ? The hotel is decent to stay in if only it didn’t have cockroaches, I’ve stayed in the hotel twice and both times I’ve had to change rooms because of it…Honestly it’s ridiculous that they don’t do anything about it…I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone….I suggest anyone that stays here to take pictures and report the problem not only to the hotel but also the BBB or health inspector…Other than that and the constant construction or the construction they’re not actually working on
This is a horrible hotel! Do not stay here! I arrived to find caution tape in front of the second floor fire escape. Half the lights in my room did not work. They tried to move me to two other rooms and couldn’t even get the doors open. When I arrived. No one was at the front counter. They were actually at the Days Inn located behind this location. This hotel is so bad it should not be allowed to be open in my opinion! I did not feel safe and left!
Showed up at 3pm for check in, not a single employee in sight, called the front desk for 20 minutes and no one answered. A person, I assume a guest, told us we needed to check in at a different hotel which was not in our conformation email. Ended up canceling our reservation. 30 minutes at the hotel and no one was available to check us in. The place felt abandoned.
