Here I was thinking it’s going to be a nice trip to Santa Cruz, right? NOT AT ALL. When we pulled into the road you could tell that this place was sketchy, but not even sleeping for 30 minutes my brother got BIT UP BY BEDBUGS. Lady offered a different room, we said hell no and now it’s 1:35 in the morning sleeping in a car in their parking lot. DO NOT GO HERE.
YALL THEY HAVE BED BUGS DONT COME HERE. We were told supposedly we’d have a microwave, there was not. there was a bug in the restroom im not sure if it was a cockroach or a bed bug. the room was dirty. I found a food stain ON THE BED. the sheets did NOT look clean. we didn’t even stay in the room for an hour and then we found bed bugs. the room stank. only gave us one pillow per bed. my nephew was BIT UP EVERYWHERE, thats when we found out. my sister pointed out that the sink water tasted nasty. yall they had a tv box but no... read more
I wish I could give negative stars. I was fooled by the fake reviews and old photos. I pulled up and the first thing I saw besides the no kept up landscape was shredded curtains. Walked in to a gross smell, dirty everything, flickering lights. Entered the elevator that was outdated and had no permit. Then the rooms were just as bad if not worse.
