Louise and Randy are absolutely the best landlords you can ask for. The property is very well taken care off inside and outside. The interior is always clean and everything functions mechanically. Randy is always on top of maintenance and the building never has any issues or outages. Louise is very responsive to calls and text and quick with any paperwork. Great family business with pleasant owners. Highly recommended renting from them!
