I recently had a disappointing experience with a doctor who misdiagnosed my illness, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. I brought my son for a visit this morning. What a wonderful staff! Great front desk, medical assistant and nurse practitioner. Dr. Kaufmann was great and facetimed with my wife during the visit. We couldn't have been more pleased. Will Asch
Dr. Kaufman just prescribed a cream for a growth on the ear that, thankfully, another doctor looked at properly. It turned out to be a malignant growth and I would have been able to get surgery earlier if he had done his job and taken a biopsy. I find this individual to be irresponsible.
Dr. Kaufmann is professional, thorough and friendly. I never waited more than ten minutes in the waiting room. The staff is friendly and efficient.
