Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Does this provider give unbiased advice? Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

I was there in 2012 after being thrown from a horse. I was in excruciating pain while I was there for 8 hours. They did not give me adequate pain medication. In fact a nurse told me that I was on too much pain medication because I am taking Celebrex and Topamax?! After ALL that the pseudo doctor came in and told me they could not find anything. The next week I went to an orthopedic surgeon and found that I had a broken pelvis in 4 places, a broken Tailbone and bruised muscles in my shoulder.
