On August 27th, 2025 I underwent a Pulse Field Ablation and Watchmen Implant in Phoenix, Az. Dr. Tung and Dr. Suh performed the procedures successfully. The next morning I walked the 11th floor at Banner 22 times and was discharged at noon on the 28th. I recently had a TEE conducted with positive results. Both Doctors have an outstanding way of making a patient feel very safe, comfortable and confident. As a patient I received world class medical care.
Be careful being diagnosed and treated by Dr. Tung’s team. First of all, the medication he prescribed drastically lowered my pulse twice in a couple of days. After those episodes, I tried to call Dr. Tung’s office many times, sent messages through the portal and emails to the staff requesting a call back. Dr. Tung and his team were excellent in my care and meeting my personal needs. I don't believe I could have got better to correct my heart problems. It was worth traveling to Phoenix from Chicago.
If not for Tammy (a kind appointment scheduler) I would give Dr Tungs practice a ZERO star review. I was seen a month ago and was to be scheduled for further testing that same day. I have called several times and still have NOT been contacted by anyone to schedule my ordered tests nor have I been given results from a heart halter I wore for 2 weeks. Given that a patient sees a cardiologist for potentially life threatening issues, you would think a month and counting is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for communication. I... read more
