I don’t recommend the staff is not professional especially the so called manager. Dr. Doesn’t correct staff, prior authorizations not sent correctly or at all. Have to make a thousand calls to tell them how to do their job. I liked the Dr. but i’m done it’s just unacceptable service! Do better and it’s sad because it’s majority black staff and they are the rudest people
I Love That He Prays With Me
I would not recommend. He has a smart mouth, doesn't like to answer questions; awful bedside manner. He also came in reading off the wrong medications; needless to say he had someone else's chart. This was our LAST visit to him. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Time for him to retire!
His office staff are really rude and unhelpful. Ruth specifically was Kurt, Rude, and Very unprofessional. Will be finding a new primary care with more people oriented staff.
