Our family has been going to Dr Carter for more than 10 years and all the staff in this office are wonderful. I recently decided I wanted to correct some purely aesthetic issues with my teeth. Dr Carter oversaw my Invisalign treatment and then did some bonding on my front teeth. The results were fantastic and even better than I had hoped for. I found Dr. Carter to be extremely professional. His explanation of my dental procedure was easy to understand with the various details he provided. The staff was efficient and friendly. Both the Dr. and staff made me feel comfortable.
Dr. Carter and his staff were great! It was my first crown and Dr. Carter walked me through all the steps ahead of each one. He was gentle and patient. Highly recommend!! Everyone in the office is friendly and Dr. Carter will definitely be honest about what you need. He won’t try to perform any service or procedure that isn’t necessary. Honesty is difficult to come by with many larger practices and corporate chains. Dr. Carter is definitely a great choice for your dentist!
I love this Dr. And staff! I've had several traumatic experiences with dentists in the past, which left me with dental treatment anxiety. Dr. Carter has has been nothing but patient, gentle, kind, and professional. He treats me as an individual, with my own needs. Rather than a generic patient, with typical needs. The staff is fantastic and always considerate of my hectic life, and always take the time to answer questions and make me feel comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.
Dr Carter's office is the best! Our family has been seeing them for a few years now, and I've never had a more pleasant dental experience. Everyone in the office is so friendly and efficient. Dr Carter takes his time and makes sure I understand everything he recommends, and I've never felt pressured. He is a spectacular dentist and a genuine and caring person.
