The company is buying stolen (from the internet) information to call homeowners
Called to delist/pause a property after a week or so to help a dying family member after having no acceptable offers on the property anyway. They somehow found a full price buyer during that phone call. Said i could delist but would owe 7 grand commission. I had no choice. Went to the "buyer" and they didn't know anything about it. I believe it was a fraud scheme. Didn't have enough money to go to court so I wrote them a check for 7 grand for no reason. Caused me years of mental stress and depression.
