Love their burgers but last time I came the service was far from good. The table we sat down on was still dirty and was not cleaned until we asked. We ordered appetizers and they didn't come out for at least 45 mins later or longer can't remember exactly but it was far too long of time for tator tots! Finally when it arrived it had bacon on it which we specifically requested it not to have!! They weren't even busy (it was a Monday) and that's why the extremely long wait didn't seem necessary...don't know if I'll be going bac... read more
Absolutely amazing. Worth the wait!
I have only been here a couple of times before and the experience was average, but this will be the last time because they won't even allow you to walk inside with a coffee from Buon Giorno. Apparently walking in for lunch on a Saturday with a coffee in hand means that you are carrying an alcoholic beverage. The male staff that approached me handled the situation very unprofessionally. Thanks to your 'service' and a cup of joe you've lost a customer. #epicfail
