They don't follow through on their sales promises. They are refusing to make good on the deal that they made. So, be careful, or better yet, buy elsewhere. You have no assurances that they will keep their promises.
I debated on leaving a comment but, I read a couple of the other comments and I didn’t want people to think that’s how this dealership is. I can not explain how appreciative and thankful I am that I found this dealership. Whenever I go in, I am treated with respect and EVERY person I have ever worked with has been nothing but honest and upfront with me. the service dept at rodeo is ridiculous...took my vehicle there for oil change and recall work. 8 days later got truck back with an invoice saying they did alignment, not done, verified by sanderson ford, said they adjusted a camber, that can not be adjusted, made me pay for rental car, even though work was under warranty, covered leather interior with grease and oil, put on new tires without balancing, didnt put on invoice new tires or DOT numbers. every attempt to contact them and have them fix goes unanaswered. even a sch... read more
