Dr Patel, Ines, and the whole team at rodeo women’s health were absolutely the best when I had a terrible reaction in their office. They were so incredibly kind and caring and thorough. I am incredibly grateful.
Do not go here unless you're rich!!!!!! I came in for a routine checkup and was immediately put off by the front desk staff's rude attitude. Looking at other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one who had this experience. My doctor, Dr. Jennifer Chen, was also dismissive. When I brought up concerns about my health, she told me they weren't concerns to her. I also wanted to follow up with an ultrasound, but the process became frustrating. What can I say? Dr. Patel, his MA, and the entire staff at Rodeo are exceptional. Everyone was always so kind, patient, calm, and always took the time to answer questions and make me feel heard. Dr. Patel was my OBGYN for two deliveries and regular care between the pregnancies (and will continue to be my OB until he retires!). I switched over to him after Dr. Brown left the practice and I'm thankful I did.
