The staff is genuinely friendly and honest. Dr. T. is engaging and pays excellent attention to details in conversation and care of teeth. I appreciate a dental care team that wants you to receive treatment without lying to you or draining your pocketbook. My 12 year old daughter was a patient first. As of 02/28/26, I am a patient. I will tell my in-laws about this place and team as well.
Staff is so nice and helpful! My son didn’t want to leave, definitely recommend for any children who are nervous to visit the dentist.
0 stars, I have to keep calling and contacting them when they let me know a treatment coordinator will contact me a day after my appointment. I have to contact them for any update and even then they give me the run around saying that she will call tomorrow and the same thing over and over again. Terrible communication but they are quick to take your money.
If I could give 0 I would! horrible service and dentists, assistants and orthodontists don’t connect with you in anyway or try they just want there money there is no passion here I had a wisdom teeth removal and some “fillings” and during the whole day my blood pressure was sky rocketing and I was sobbing and anxious from the pain and discomfort and it was not safe to continue but they still gaslit me into continuing worse experience I ever had in my life! Don’t be fooled by all the decor and playful setting.
When I made my appointment I clearly stated I was going for a tooth extraction yet I have to wait a month after the original appointment for this tooth extraction. Don’t they understand tooth pain.
