Be expected to pay in full at time service. Dentists no longer offer payment plans. But all of this is done after they take your money for the visit!! Although I have insurance. It took my available amount spent for the year down. Now, when I go to another dentist, I'm not able to use my insurance. Very unprofessional environment. There is only one doctor and my teeth are still messed up even after they were supposed to be fixed. Definitely glad I was able to switch to a different dentist. I didn’t trust them as an adult and I definitely wouldn’t bring my kids here.
I absolutely loved the care that my family received at rodeo. And I love the staff. However, my reason for only 2 stars is back in May of 2023 I had work done. I was overcharged. But nothing was done because we were waiting for my insurance to make their payment so we knew exactly how much I was overcharged. Well, in May of 2024 payment was finally made. It’s nice inside. But you’ll absolutely wait 45 min+ before they even call you back for your ortho appt no matter when you schedule it. I was told by them they book 8 appts at the same time with 2 hygienists and 1 doctor. It’s ridiculous. Find a smaller place….
At first I was happy with the care I received. The Dental Assistant was great and I truly appreciated her help (the only reason for the two stars). However, after receiving care for my fractured tooth, a week later I was hospitalized for 3 days due to a severe infection of the crown they put on my tooth. Four other dental locations all caught what was missed by this dentist. I was in pain, couldn’t swallow and had issues breathing due to the sublingual swelling. This should have been a $75 fix.
