We hired Rodeo Construction, owned by Eloy J. Molina (later operating as Scottsdale Signature Homes), to build our custom home. Unfortunately, this has been the worst experience we have ever had. We signed our contract in September 2024 believing we were hiring a licensed Arizona contractor. We later learned that Mr. Molina had voluntarily canceled his Arizona Registrar of Contractors license before we signed the contract and did not obtain a new Arizona license until July 2025 under Scottsdale Signature Homes.
