A huge thank you to Rodeo RV for their amazing customer service! We ran into an issue with our Cruise America RV rental, and they immediately fit us into their schedule, getting us back on our trip without delay. Traveling with my kids and dogs, I was so grateful for their beyond friendly and knowledgeable approach. They made a potentially stressful situation incredibly easy. Highly recommend!
Edit - The owner, Bradey, did great by us. Within 24 hours of the original review, the owner contacted us and within 3 days had a technician out to repair the damages to the trailer. Marc, the technician that came out was polite and professional and did great work. I appreciate their expedience in resolving issues. Less than a week and my faith has been completely restored in this company and I highly recommend them.
Exceptional Service! After fueling up at a nearby station, I noticed I had an electrical issue and I was just leaving for a road-trip. It was a Saturday morning. I pulled into Rodeo RV and spoke with the owner. He did not have a tech on duty, but offered to troubleshoot the issue, but was not able to. He offered shore power to plug in. Again, no resolution. We were having a learning curve problem with our power cord in a Winnebago we bought from somewhere else. We pulled off the freeway hoping for a tip. They had a technician (Kalen?) come out and show us the correct way to plug it in. Nice!
Wow, these folkscweee wonderful. Fast and affordable when we needed a check up on our electrical system. Great mechanic and lovely team in the store. Many many thanks to this team for excellent work!
