We just purchased a Winnebago Ekko from Open Road in Ellensburg. From the first phone call establishing our first contact with Devin, we could tell that this dealership treats customers very well. I live in Bothell, WA and was originally working with a local dealer to try to get within my budget. Great place to buy a rv from! Will was super helpful finding one that that matched our needs and had the options we wanted. We ended up on a 2025 salem 263bhxl and came to terms which made us both happy. One issue, and this is our first time buying from a dealership so this may be true at all places, I wish from the purchase date to the pickup date their techs would go through and find the manufacturer defects and get paperwork started, then blue tape them when we do the walk through if not fixed by the pick up date. Good people to work with and made everything right that we asked for. Even though we live an hour and a half away, we still chose this dealer. Devin was always available when we had questions.
