I live in Bothell, WA and was originally working with a local dealer to try to get within my budget. We ran into an issue with our Cruise America RV rental, and they immediately fit us into their schedule, getting us back on our trip without delay. Traveling with my kids and dogs, I was so grateful for their beyond friendly and knowledgeable approach. They made a potentially stressful situation incredibly easy. Highly recommend!
Edit - The owner, Bradey, did great by us. Within 24 hours of the original review, the owner contacted us and within 3 days had a technician out to repair the damages to the trailer. Marc, the technician that came out was polite and professional and did great work. I appreciate their expedience in resolving issues. Less than a week and my faith has been completely restored in this company and I highly recommend them.
Wow, these folkscweee wonderful. Fast and affordable when we needed a check up on our electrical system. Great mechanic and lovely team in the store. Many many thanks to this team for excellent work!
Everyone was so amazing! The guys that helped us did a fabulous job. All of them were straight forward and honest. They did everything they could to meet our deadline and were so easy to work with.
