A huge thank you to Rodeo RV for their amazing customer service! We ran into an issue with our Cruise America RV rental, and they immediately fit us into their schedule, getting us back on our trip without delay. Traveling with my kids and dogs, I was so grateful for their beyond friendly and knowledgeable approach. They made a potentially stressful situation incredibly easy. Highly recommend!
Edit - The owner, Bradey, did great by us. Within 24 hours of the original review, the owner contacted us and within 3 days had a technician out to repair the damages to the trailer. Marc, the technician that came out was polite and professional and did great work. I appreciate their expedience in resolving issues. Less than a week and my faith has been completely restored in this company and I highly recommend them.
We’ve taken every trailer we’ve owned here when they need some work and they always get the job done quickly and well! Recently had the fridge go out in our toy hauler while packing up for a camp trip they were able to get us in asap, had a new fridge ordered and installed within 2 days during their busy season and got us on our way to still enjoy our camp trip! They had great communication the whole time and totally saved the camp trip!
Exceptional Service! After fueling up at a nearby station, I noticed I had an electrical issue and I was just leaving for a road-trip. It was a Saturday morning. I pulled into Rodeo RV and spoke with the owner. He did not have a tech on duty, but offered to troubleshoot the issue, but was not able to. He offered shore power to plug in. Again, no resolution. Really knowledgeable and helpful. Caden (I apologize if I spelled it wrong) was super fast, helpful, knowledgeable, and all around good guy. We got right back on the road quickly. They saved our roadtrip to Canada! Many thanks again!
