My wife and I want to thank Jeff Herber for his awesome and friendly service. The minute we walked in he recognized my wife and helped us right away. Please do your self a favor and never go to this service department. They wasted hours of my time before finally telling me they would not replace my battery even though it was only two years old and the battery has a free three year replacement. If you’re in need of service find a local or mobile mechanic trying to support their family. please please please don’t waste your money here. Find a trustworthy human being that can warrantee your parts and doesn’t waste your time or money.
For years I've gone to the Earnhardt dealership in Gilbert that is 2 miles from my home (also where I bought my Jeep). This location is 13 miles (20 minutes) from my home and I will only take my jeep to this dealership moving forward. Every time I take my vehicle here for a service issue that’s covered by warranty the service person(s) read me the riot act! No one likes to be told that error messages are normal and since there isn’t a code nothing is wrong with the vehicle. Earnhardt doesn’t take warranty issues seriously since it’s clearly not just a one customer issue at this store.
