Rodenbaughs replaced our wood floor after a leak and installed new carpet. We were very pleased with their customer service and highly recommend them.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT RODENBAUGH'S - NOT IF YOU EXPECT SERVICE REPAIRS. TWICE NOW, I'VE BEEN TOLD I'VE GOT AN APPOINTMENT FOR A SERVICE CALL. BOTH TIMES, THE 'SERVICE' PERSON COULDN'T FIND THE 'APPOINTMENT' I'D BEEN PROMISED - TWICE - HAD BEEN MADE. IF YOU BUY A PRODUCT HERE, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN WHEN IT BREAKS.
World class service from these guys! Washer we purchased from them 2 years ago needed a repair. Picked it up the next day, gave us a loaner, repair it, returned it today on time, swapped the location of washer/dryer as requested, reversed the door hinges as requested to create more space, and all with a great attitude and no cost. They make it hard not to buy from them. Thank you.
