Kirk Rodemich appraised our house at the same value two years after we put a two car garage with two bedrooms and a fenced in backyard stating he couldn't find anything similar in the area. Low are behold I have talk to two very reliable sources one of which Rodemich appraised a house at over 1,400,000.00 under value again using the excuse there was nothing to compare it to.
