I was a tough client. I stared looking for a house in 2019. Rodd took me all over the valley, into Carson, Dayton and as far as Gardnerville. When I decide it wasn’t time, he allowed me space and time to work through things in my mind. I came back to him in 2020 and he was right back at it 100% looking for the house I wanted. We found it and he helped me working with the lender to close quickly. I cannot say enough good things about Rodd. One thing I will say that if I do this again, Rodd is my agent.
