Prescriptions not getting sent to pharmacy. Called office 3 times within 24 hours, still no Prescription at the pharmacy.
This is one of the worst experiences for a doctor that I’ve had. I had a tele health appointment at 1315 (1:15pm) however after multiple phone calls I’ve been told to wait and then 50 minutes later I’m told to hold and then, they just hung up. And then a couple minutes later I finally get to speak to the doctor for my appointment at 1420 and when asked how I was feeling saying terrible the doctor told me “too bad”. I told him the situation and he just decided to stop responding and also hang up the call for no call back. Oth... read more
