Very efficient use of wood - virtually no scrap left over! Required less wood than Home Depot said it would.
The customer service was outstanding! The work was professional and the final result was fantastic! I think the only suggestion I would make is to put what you are asking to be done in writing. We gave verbal instructions and so there was a minor delay due to a miscommunication, but it was immediately remedied. Marcelo was excellent!
When I asked for the estimate they scheduled it almost right away and a day later I have an e-mail with all the details and prices, I was very impressed with their job performance, they arrived on time and the crew was very polite and organized. They were very committed to do the job and to finish it on time. It was my first experience fixing the floors and painting the walls and my knowledge about construction was minimal.
