Needed to re-form ring as it was way out of round and hard to get on and off my finger. Went to Rodan where they inspected and re-formed right away with no charge. Was very impressed as i had gone to jewellers on the North Shore where I live and was quoted $35 and $15 to re-form and they needed the ring for 1 - 2 days. Very impressed with service and professionalism.
