Rod made schedule for me to repair the roof for my seller before close of escrow. He did what he said he would do and did it timely.
Our experience with Rod the Roofer was phenomenal. We requested quotes from multiple roofers and theirs broke down costs the most transparently and had competitive pricing. We needed an extremely fast full roof replacement and they moved us up in their schedule and had our whole roof done in less than one week after signing the contract. They didn’t add a rush fee. Had them come out to take a skylight out and repair the hole in the roof. They did an excellent job. Happy with their work. Highly recommend.
As a tenant of the building that contracted these services, I am appalled. It wasn't the noise or anything like that. It was the fact that they blocked access multiple times to unit garages and left a giant mess of trash, nails, and roofing pieces. We constant had to tell them to move their ladder so we could get in and out of our garage.
