I had a very frustrating experience with Rod the Roofer on a re-roof project that was arranged through the home seller as part of my purchase. While the roof itself appears to be installed, the communication, professionalism, property respect, and customer service were extremely poor. From the start, I specifically asked Rod for a pre-job meeting at the house to align on scope, especially since I (a licensed electrician) would be removing the existing solar panels myself. Rod made schedule for me to repair the roof for my seller before close of escrow. He did what he said he would do and did it timely.

Our experience with Rod the Roofer was phenomenal. We requested quotes from multiple roofers and theirs broke down costs the most transparently and had competitive pricing. Had them come out to take a skylight out and repair the hole in the roof. They did an excellent job. Happy with their work. Highly recommend.
