The written report was, in and of itself, detailed, as complete as property access would permit, and written for the layman, however, it was the verbal summary following the inspection and the follow-up conversations I had with the inspector, Derek, that I most appreciated. His elaboration, response to questions, and demonstrated willingness to spend as much time as I requested was the most impressive aspect of the inspection process. Rod Inspects definitely has a valuable inspector in its employ.
