Highly recommend this company. Was able to schedule an inspection quickly. Dereck was on time and thorough. He invited my husband to come to the end of the inspection and he went over major/minor problems. he even told him where he could purchase repair items. The cost was quite reasonable. Great job!

Derek did a very thorough inspection on the house I am purchasing. I was very pleased. When the inspection was completed he went over many of the items he found that needed to be repaired. The next day I received the full inspection. He did an amazing job.
