I took my car here for a standard service, I had no issues with my car and when they called me to make payment they said it was $860. I have never in my life payed this much for a service of a small car. No call first to advice there were things that needed to be done. I feel like they took advantage of me as I am a young girl who doesn’t know much about cars. They advice breaks and things were replaced and that’s why it was so expensive. After getting told by a home mechanic what was wrong with my car I called up Rod Hind right away to book it in for a diagnostics got it booked into get fixed they fixed the main issue and discovered another issue they showed me the issue before repairing it so I could see Customer service from Lauren, Becky Aaron and team was exceptional! Will definitely be back for my yearly service
