I purchased a vehicle from ''Rod Hatfield'' used car factory in Nicholasville. After four days the radio, GPS, On Star, phone all quit working. I asked the dealer to help me out to get it fixed. They sent me to their dealership in Lexington and said, they would be able to help me out. They advised me that I would need to leave the vehicle 24 hours and it would cost $189 just to diagnose the problem. The next day they told me the problem and that it would cost $2,700 to fix it. In late August we purchased a beautiful low mileage 2013 Buick Verano only to quickly discover that the transmission was shot. Chris in service is absolutely awesome!!! He worked with us and got the extended to warranty people to check it out and ended up getting the entire bill taken care of, we didn't have to pay one thin dime and got a brand new transmission installed!!! Very poor customer service w the service department. You don't make arrangements to have a vehicle dropped off and then after following up on the car they tell you they don't know when they will get to it. To make matters worse they are calling other people letting them know that they don't know when they will be getting to their vehicles. Very unhappy
