Above and beyond, customer service at the very best! I ordered through a major mustang supplier and Rod and Custom was third party, long story short, the main supplier dropped the ball and screwed up my order. I contacted Rod and Custom. The owner personally took care of me and made the order correct. I received it all in great condition within days. These guys are awesome I bought a front end kit for my 67 mustang a year and a half ago I can still call them to this day with any questions. The customer service for Rod & Custom is beyond that of any company I have seen. Any issue or question and they are only a type or phone call away. The quality is breathtaking with welds that would like they came out of a magazine. The installation of the crossmember wasn't rocket science and very straight forward. The suspension I haven't done yet but honestly I don't foresee it being difficult. If you are looking to purchase anything from them it will not be a mistake, but in fact the best decision you make.
