Been a customer for 10 years and can’t even get a straight answer or a correct coverage for our vehicles. When requesting a call or calling them we have been ignored or not called back and continuously sent the wrong documents. Will be switching offices don’t even waste your time.
During the tornado, our former State Farm agent, who is located in MO, didn’t want to help and referred us to the Call Center. Instead, I called Rod. Even though he was extremely busy, he spoke with us and even followed up. He is great!! We recommend him. Thank you!!
I decided to change ins companies due to an insane increase from my last carrier. I saw this office on Google maps and decided to ride up there to speak with a human and get a quote. The young lady at reception greeted me and was very nice. I immediately knew I may have stumbled upon someone who may be able to help. There was almost no wait and Estephani Calderon invited me into her office and set me up quickly with a policy at a rate that was way better than the one I had. Friendly, wonderful people. I'm glad I stopped by.
I've been a client for years, and Rod and his staff have been so incredibly helpful and available. If I have a question, they have an answer, and anytime I have asked for information they send it to me within minutes. Most recently I needed to figure out life insurance and Rod made the whole process painless. It was such a welcome relief after a terrible experience with another company. Cannot recommend Rod and the people at his office enough!
