I am consistently impressed with the level off care and service that this Clinic and its doctors provide.
If only there's 0 rating ill give them zero. The receptionist is so rude and unmindful. I accompanied a friend with wheelchair and the place is so tight that wheelchair is so hard. The owner should think of the clinic if its wheelchair friendly. The receptionist was just looking at us and didn't even help to open the door. They dont have handicapped push button/plate. Its hard to open the door and push the chair at the same time. Will never recommend this clinic.
Garbage clinic. City needs to shut it down as soon as possible!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible Dr. She sat with her back to me on the computer the 2xs I went to see her. I understand having to look stuff up sometimes but I felt she was literally learning on the job. Wore a mask which is fine but when one's back is turned and they have an accent, I barely heard her. I've found a new Dr that is completely different in a positive way.
Dr. Micheal Ovueni has zero experience and is only experimenting with patients. Very unprofessional and outdated practice. His assistant during the procedure was the receptionist that was sitting at the front desk when I arrived which I thought was very odd. Went into my ankle to remove a ganglion cyst only to tell me he couldn't find the cyst. Left the office with 5 stitches and mentioned no aftercare. A week later still have discharge and a nasty wound on my ankle.
