Was met with care and consideration during my check-ups with Dr Constance Ovueni. Had to switch MDs only because I moved away from the area.
Was referred here by my doctor on Friday for a cyst removal, received a call on Monday to set up an appointment and got one for the next day. Arrived a few minutes early, there were no other patients waiting, and was in a room before my appointment time even arrived and only waited there for a couple mins before the dr. arrived. The procedure took about 30 mins and went smoothly. On my way out, scheduled another appointment with the receptionist who, while maybe lacking charisma, accomplished the task.
My daughter came in for an in-grown nail removal. The doctors were very patient and accommodating including playing her favorite music during the procedure. Appointment was on time and very quick. My daughter was so nervous coming in, but left so happy with the procedure and overall service and professionalism. I will not hesitate to come back.
I had a wonderful experience with the staff and DR. I was there to get a Pilar cyst removed from my head , He played some music for me to be more comfortable and was very careful not to cut off my hair. Very professional.
I am consistently impressed with the level off care and service that this Clinic and its doctors provide.
