Aside from the Triage nurse working nights last weekend, the staff in the ED were great. I won’t mention her name but I’m sure this wasn’t the first time she was rude and condescending to clients. 05:30 on a Sunday morning, two other clients sitting in the front room chairs, with myself standing at the stop sign as required. Triage nurse was very rude in emergency. I have been sitting in the waiting room in pain and I decided I was gonna go try a walk-in clinic instead I went to admitting to see if they could take my name off the list. They told me to see the triage nurse I waited in line again to see the triage nurse and his reaction was oh, aren’t you already admitted. My 3 stars are for the hospital in general. My review however is for a bad experience with a certain doctor who I'd give 1 star. I have never felt the need to write a review about a doctor before, but unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Chad warranted one. From the beginning, I found his tone to be extremely abrupt and his bedside manner very poor. The doctors and staff here are the best in the city!! I've lived in Calgary over 32 years, when asked I will always request Rockyview over any other. <3
