Went to emergency for a health issue. Despite the gap under the window to hand them a care card, rather than explain I needed to sit next to him behind the glass,.the intake nurse chose to embarrass me by implying I should know better than to try to hand her m my care card under the window gap. As I approached.the entrance to the triage, he said very loudly 'warmer, warmer, warmer, you got it!' in about the most condescending way you can think of. I came to the emergency room and told them that I can’t stand for long and I can’t sit at all. At triage, they told me to stand for 5–10 minutes. I ended up standing there for two hours. Then I went back to ask how much longer it would be, and the triage staff told me not to bother them because they don’t have time.👍
My Labour and delivery experience at Rocky view was exceptional, all the nurses and doctors did a amazing job, special thanks to nurse Natasha at postpartum care unit, she explained every single detail and helped us with post delivery recovery. Addressed all our questions, taught us so much about mom recovery and baby care. Thank you to everyone at the hospital
I arrived by ambulance I have old c3 to tailbone stenosis and they have a clinician see me not a doctor no bp monitor on me which rockyview not following ahs protocol for spinal injuries like mine!
