Came in last Saturday with a low tire pressure indicator light showing. Ricky quickly checked pressure in all 4 tires & determined 1 was significantly lower than the others. He removed the tire and a visual inspection showed a nail in the tread. He worked his magic, repaired the tire and had me back on the road in minutes. I appreciated his courteous, professional and efficient attention. He was the only "tire Guy" working that day but he still gave me GREAT service!
I've been taking my cars to Rocky's tire Pro's for over 8 years. They have always provided the best customer service and it puts my mind at ease to know that my cars are well taken care of when under their care. Highly recommended. I came into Rockys about 9 months ago with an unusual leak in my tire, could not figure out where it was leaking!! When I pulled up they immediately pulled my vehicle in an found the issue within minutes! It was a bad valve core...they replaced it at no charge and checked all my other tires including my spare! Awesome tire crew and the lead tech Alex, not only is he super friendly and good at what he does he is super sexy � just a bonus when I do come in.
