Everyone was polite, courteous and professional when the built our roof. A pleasant experience and a beautiful roof.
Came out for estimate, but I never could get one out of them !! When I asked for the 3rd time and said I was disappointed that I didn't get one, they got nasty! Weird way to get new business !
If you appreciate customer service, this is not the place to do business, which is sad because the job they did was outstanding. I would give 2.5 stars if I could. I had a leak from around a flashing in my roof. I called Rocky's on Thursday and spoke to the owner, he said he would have someone out on Friday afternoon from 3-5. At 5:30 I called Rocky's and no one was there, it wasn't until after 6 that I heard from Rocky to let me know that his roofing guy went long and asked to reschedule.
